Process replies and take actions faster with Trove's AI.
“We'll pay INV-20089 on Friday 28th.”
Trusted by finance teams around the world
“Trove lists the actions and when I click one, it generates an AI email I can send, which saves so much time. Trove has already brought us many more responses than our previous automated chasing system.”

1
Trove processes customer replies, picks out the promised date and suggests setting it as the expected payment date in your accounting software. It drafts your reply at the same time, so the customer hears back the same day.
2
Once you've approved the same kind of action a few times, switch it to auto-approve and Trove applies it for you. Everything it does is logged against the customer.
3
Once a payment date is logged, Trove pauses chasing and schedules a follow-up in case the payment doesn't land. If the invoice is paid first, the follow-up is cancelled.
4
Connect Gmail or Outlook to Trove in a couple of clicks, including shared inboxes like accounts@.
Rather not connect a mailbox? Authorise Trove to send from your domain by adding a DNS record, and replies still come back to your inbox.
